Should training be realistic, being blown out of proportion, by showing off to put lives at great risk?

There's no reason to shoot at each other in training.

The key to effective training is stress inoculation. Looks effective to me.

HOLY SH*T!!!! That is certainly one way to ensure realistic training. Not exactly what I would ask of my training to be......but if it works for them.....but damn.
