I think that it wouldn't hurt to have another person to sit in and watch for certain body language and other things from a psychologist.

Wow....

Now having a Psychological observer. Reasonable.

Having a Psychological PARTICIPANT. Unethical, to the point of criminal.

Having an actual Psychologist DEVELOP Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, this falls under the realm of Monstrous.

This is completely outside the ethical issues & efficiency of Torture in the first place. WHICH IS NOT EFFECTIVE.

CPL Steve Freeman - The Army Field Manual on Interrogation (circa 1970~) literally states torture is ineffective and should not be used.

SCOTUS, the organization that says what OUR Supreme Law of the Land is, said that Waterboarding (Enhanced Interrogation) is Torture, and that "Non-uniformed ... terrorists" are accorded the same protections as Prisoners of War, despite two different administrations attempts to deny them so.

International law does NOT exclude Muslim terrorists any of the protections you mention. You are repeating bad scoop. Please educate yourself on the topic.

Its actually in the Hague Convention Accords. Btw, the Supreme Court also said you can butcher unborn, defenseless kids to your heart's desire but they were wrong on that, too.

Btw, as aforementioned, KSM gave up vital information leading to the killing of osama thanks to waterboarding. And John McCain sang like a canary to the NVA thanks to torture. They shoulda tortured him some more though. Then we qouldnt be stuck with his treasonous fucking ass.
