Why are some Republicans staying in the race for their parties' nomination?

Rand Paul has to know he can't win with low poll numbers in Kentucky his home state. Time to cut your losses & turn out the lights the party's over.

No idea. When do the poll numbers start to matter? Seems like we have away to go and im not sure I want to endure a whole year of political ads and news.
