The use of outsourced help is nothing new, the current use of H-1B visa and the ease to use them makes is challenging for anyone trying to find work in certain sectors. The IT sector faces the biggest challenge. How will this affect transitioning SM and veterans? Your years of training, experience and battlefield tested expertise with be up against the new H-1B visa holder and the demand for cheap labor.

This is why, as an IT professional myself, I've only had jobs with the federal government that require a security clearance. Obviously no foreign nationals are going to hold a clearance!

H-1B visas are the greatest scam going against American employees - it's all about the bottom line and executive bonuses, not about what's best for America. Until we get campaign financing under control again expect to see your and your children's future stunted. Hope you like fries with that.
