In the DFAC on base my favorite was actually a toss up of the veggie lasagna and the steak. The DFAC actually made a pretty good steak. As for MRE's, I have had many that were good, but none still compare to the old dark brown MRE bag Meal #1 Pork w/ rice in bbq sauce.

Lobster and Steak! Yum! An MRE is a sort of food packet like some hunters or survivalists use. You have a main course, sides and desert along with a few other items, plus a heater to warm the food. Not bad really, but never as good as steak and lobster!
