Some in this country have asserted that Gun Free Safe Zones have the opposite effect. That those who illegally carry weapons could care less. Will publicly identifying no fly zones enable the enemy to capitalize on the freedom from air assault?

Sgt Spencer Sikder - Sergeant; The "Yes." vote applies to the theory. If I were to vote for the practical, I'd vote "No.".

Considering that the "non-ISIS forces opposing Assad" are frequently fighting among themselves, What would be done if fighting broke out in a "No-Fly Zone"?

What would the US do if Assad (who IS still the head of the legal government of Syria) declared his own "No-Fly Zones"?

Would the US shoot down Syrian aircraft operating under orders of the Syrian government in Syrian territory?

Would the US shoot down Russian aircraft supporting the legal government of Syria and operating in support of Syrian government military operations in Syrian territory?

What would the US government do if a Russian/Syrian aircraft shot down an American aircraft that was trying to shoot down the Russian/Syrian aircraft?

Would one nation shooting down another nation's aircraft in the territory of the second nation when the second nation's aircraft was engaged in military operations intended to eliminate a group of "illegal combatants" who were attempting to overthrow the legal government of the country constitute an act of war?

is not equal, because the radar system and ground to air missile are already in place of critical area.

No. A No-fly zone does not apply to the ones implementing it.
