Retired General Allen was asked about this & thinks one of the issues with defeating ISIS is we need better intelligence on the ground & our training in Syria has not yielded any results. Gen Barry McCaffrey who I respect a lot said the same thing a few days ago and he is concerned about ISiS recruiting using the internet with their encrypted emails that our CIA can't monitor...

I wonder what General Allen & McCaffrey real think about Obama's strategy to defeat ISIS if there is one?? I'll be damned but I can't seem to know what the hell it is.... Maybe someone more knowledgeable on this subject can enlighten us ????????
