As this progresses it's looking like the Gov't case is washing away. Now I wonder what Smith is not admitting. The credibility of the prosecution's case is now in question.

MSG Stan Hutchison - "- Let him be tried to see if he is innocent. And that is "PRESUMED to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."' There it is Stan, You're presuming guilt prior to court proceedings. In the big picture, what's going to happen to the efficacy of NDAs going forward. Or the legalities of entering into a contract.
