Are black gloves with a subdued logo authorized with the Army PT uniform?

These gloves are thin, black and professional but they have an REI logo on the side (looks lighter in the picture than in real life). The writing is small and less noticeable than some of the logos I've seen on boots and other gloves. Are these gloves authorized for Army PT?

@ssg carlos madden per DA PAM 670-1, p 20-11(Gloves):4) Optional gloves. As an option, Soldiers may wear commercial gloves, unless restricted by the commander, as an
optional purchase item. Gloves must be four-finger-and-thumb type design in a slip-on style, all black, plain, with no
logos or designs, made of black leather, fabric, or other material of appropriate commercial design.
If you look at the PT uniform section, it says utility gloves are authorized to be worn with the PT uniform, or optional gloves that meet the criteria

If the chain of command cares then so should you. If they don’t then black out the logo and drive one.
To me this is a case of it being easier to get forgiveness than permission.
Pretend you’re a Sp4 and claim ignorance.
