I have a SM that is 80 inches tall and needed to be taped, upon filling out the DA 5500, I noticed there is no column for a soldier that is 80 inches. I am having troubles finding the answer. Can someone please help me out or point me in the right direction.

The USMC standard has the DOD standard in it, which goes to 79.5 inches )enclosure 4, p28). PDF below.
