Sooo Pete Rose is back at it, seeking reinstatement to Major League Baseball.

He was banned two decades ago because he broke the rules of gambling. Then he lied. He continues to lie.

He agreed to a lifetime ban. A lifetime ban. Now he seeks to overturn it again. So Pete, does 'lifetime' mean forever anymore? How does this illustrate our integrity as a nation? Or at least some folks integrity? I am less impressed with Pete than ever before. His word means very little.

What say you?

Life in prison doesn't mean life. Nothing is guaranteed, and I think that it's just plain silly to think that this situation reflects on the character of out nation at all. With the breadth of corruption in areas that actually affect citizens and Soldiers alike, I see this as insignificant.

If I was Pete and I was making the money he had at that time! To hell with ruining my chances to the Hall of Frame and losing my family. More so, my integrity. Yes, he was caught for violating the gambling
