My issued pants don't fit, and we are all supposed to wear class B's next Friday. However, they don't have any female ASU pants in my size (or even close). Would I be in trouble for wearing male pants?

Probably not, but to CYA, I'd let your FLL know, especially if you have a set coming. It shows you did order correct size pants but they won't arrive in time, and you're taking the initiative. That or go to dental ( I'm joking, don't do that lol)

It is better to get in front of it.
Warning: dark, creepy military humor coming.........
Or tell them you bottom half identifies as male.
I would hate to be the NCO writing someone up for wearing the wrong gender uniform in 2021.

In trouble? Probably not. You know you're not supposed to, but I'd be surprised if anyone caught it.

Thank you! I wish I didn't have to but new female pants wouldn't be here in time.

If your NCOs are male, they probably don't know the difference.
Best of luck.

Funniest inspection ever, an SF CSM and a West Point (Then all male) SF CPT doing their first ever payday inspection in a mixed unit.
Female SSG then did an after inspection block of training with them. She retired a MSG and was the commands E/O NCO. Patty was a truly great NCO.
