I used it for my advancements. Made 2nd in 2 years.
Here; check this out
http://www.navybmr.com/active-duty/it/.
It's very interesting with all the source available. Of course you have your criteria that covers your wide spectrum of your rate. Bibs with audio study guides, updated course information, study guides, and mock exams (both active and reserve).
It does help with studying for the exam. From my experience there were some things I found on the exam that I remember studying; without this, I wouldn't have made rank. Of course actually doing the work and then reading from a book are two different things but go with your gut with the answer.
Best of luck to you.

Oh, forgot to add. Once you create an account, you get to have a gradebook to keep up with your grades/status on your studying. Def. Recommend this for anyone taking the exam. Now of course there maybe other studying you'll have to take within a SCIF but with your basics, naval history, it's all there for you to use. Good luck!

Never used it but I've heard good things about it. Just remember as an IT a good portion of your BIBs are classified and not available on NavyBMR.

Chief, perhaps I am wrong, but I have to disagree. Our exams are completely unclassified and the BIBS are as well. The ACPs, NTPs, and Instructions, at least everything I've seen, have been marked unclassified. I will have to double check, but I'm pretty sure I can google just about everything for the exam. CTs on the other hand - the goo majority of their exams are classified. IT as a rating is unclassified.

This years might not be but you guys do get classified exams. A lot of rates do, FC's, OS's, STG's. It's a good resource though. Better start cramming only a few days left!

SCPO (Join to see) I didn't even know I was taking the exam until yesterday! I still haven't signed my worksheet! My BCNR just came back from NPC rectifying my TIR which makes make eligible with an EP. Cramming away! NTPs, ACPs, and EKMS 1.
