I am not sure the "Cell Phone" can tell time, however, all my kids and Grands know if you call Paw Paw's house after 10 you'd better have blood squirting out of some wound or have some serious trouble going on.

I know when We were kids My Mom made it real clear that Yu NEVER call anyone on the phone after 9:00 PM. I've also drove that point home to My own kids and Grandchildren.
