How does house good work if I’m sent to korea and my family stayed at my previous duty station? I plan to take PCs leave after korea. Will household goods bring my stuff from korea and the duty station my family is at to my new duty station when I return stateside?

There are a couple of options for your family - stay in place (at JBLM), move elsewhere (HOR, etc), or proceed to the next duty station (Ft. Bliss). Pluses and minuses to each option. I'll summarize it below, but you can get the "book answer" from the JTR*, section 05814 (Dependent-Restricted Tour).
You will be able ship your HHGs to multiple locations in multiple shipments, but the government's maximum obligation is what it would cost for them to pick up and transport your maximum weight entitlement and transfer it in one shipment to your final destination using a "best value"* determination based on your rank, number of dependents and order (I put the reference for "best value" below, but it's easier for you just to coordinate with your transportation office and have them figure it out).
In your case, you have a PCS order that takes you from JBLM to Korea. Under those orders, you can do one or multiple HHG moves. So, you could have a certain amount of HHGs shipped to Korea (although I assume you'll be staying in the barracks while there) and if your family decides to proceed to Fort Bliss, then the rest can be transported there (or to another location).
When you get your return orders, the same process will apply, so if your family went to live with relatives when you went to Korea, you could have HHGs picked up from there and transported to Bliss and a separate HHGs shipment from Korea.
Again, in all possible combinations, the government will only pay up to the maximum weight entitlement using "best value" calculations.
What's this mean to you? Just remember there are options and you can have multiple shipments going to multiple locations. However, there is a max that the government will pay for. With this in mind you can come up with a COA that's best for you and your family after you coordinate with your transportation office to find out what your limits are.
Other considerations for your situation:
● If you decide that your family will travel elsewhere when you go to Korea, you may be authorized to accompany them and return prior to your movement to Korea.
● If for some reason you extend overseas, just keep in the back of your mind that there are additional entitlements that could help you (for instance, family stayed at JBLM but wanted to go with relatives until you return CONUS).

You will have an allowance for household goods at your family's home, from your current duty station. Unless Korea is a longer than 18 month-tour you will not have a large amount from Korea, just the single soldier allowed amount.

Yes sfc, I’m currently in korea unaccompanied with my family still in jblm. I’ve re-enlisted and am heading to bliss and was wondering how that would work or if it were the same as every other PCs. Where hhg picks up from korea then I go to the states and have hhg pick up from there as well and proceed as normal.

SPC (Join to see) - Okay. Sorry that I thought you were going - not already there. You're just halfway through the full move then, but it works as I said above. Safe travels.
