Since leaving California and moving to Texas, we are often asked, "Why Huntsville?" This pretty much answers the question. Huntsville is small town America, full of self-sufficient Americans.

So very true. BTW, what I heard from KY flood responders is how self sufficient the people who have very little compared to those in large cities were. They were also more concerned about sharing whatever they had with their neighbors and with our responders.
