Once upon a time, skepticism was a valued trait in scientists. No new theory survived long unless it could weather the wall of skeptics that protected the core of scientific dogma. Indeed, even after breaching that wall, skeptics roamed among that dogma looking for bits of flotsam that made it through by accident. Thus, the phrase "the science is settled" would never cross the lips of any true scientist. Yet, here we are. Man made climate change avoided all that rigor and soared beyond the reach of skeptics, elevated by the ideological Left to bring fear to the masses and make them submissive. Yes, little Greta may receive a Nobel Peace Prize, but never one in science
