Let's see if we can get him to go to Iraq for a short but eventful meeting. My guess is this guy isn't going anywhere he thinks we have a chance to get him. The nice thing is that he now knows that he can be tracked, targeted and killed if he isn't really, really careful and even then, it may not matter. When the reaper comes, he usually gets his man.
