I've Only Done THIS Once,
But When I'd Done Some Banking At Michigan National Bank,
I Was Walking Back To My Car When I Notice A Disabled Lady
Circling The Handi-Capped Parking Area Trying To Find A Spot
To Put Her Car... Then I Glanced To The Parking Area
And Noticed 2 Cars Not Bearing Permits......OOPS--WRONG.!
I Walked Over To One Of Them & Removed All Four Air Valves,
And Tossed Them Across The Lot........
Please Don't DO That Sh*t In My Part Of Town.....

Once upon a time in Hawaii, a note would be left on the offender's windshield, right in front of the driver's seat. It was large enough to obscure the driver's vision so that it had to be removed before the vehicle could be operated, and it was held in place by a permanent adhesive coating on the entire surface of the note so that it had to be chipped away, piece-by-piece
