We don't know what battles others are facing. Perhaps it takes real courage to get up in the morning to deal with pain, fear or sadness. Just do the best you can with what you have, for as long as you are given. Some days are easy and others take everything you have. Regardless, hang on until your strength returns and remember that to someone you are a role model.

Success is described as a series of glorious defeats from Gandhi for me today. Tremendous power behind those few words. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things. We all have that power in each encounter with every person we meet- smile and acknowledge the other person. A warm greeting can make someones day and save a life, brighten a day, or remind someone to do the same. What a place this would be if that would happen more often.
