Its been two years since the world was outraged by the kidnapping and enslavement of over 300 Nigerian girls. Do you think our politicians will ever get off the campaign trail long enough to attempt to rescue the women and children enslaved by Boko Haram and ISIS?

Some might care. But, unless there is a national interest, I doubt if the DOD will place hard chargers in a risky position.
Volunteers might do it. If there was support. Like a C130 gun ship.
It might be better just to destroy the Islamic group responsible. Lives would be saved in the future.

... but it's a Muslim tradition in Africa to round up people and sell them into slavery. We are supposed to look the other way when it's local custom right? Isn't that what the military is told regarding bacha bazi? it's too bad michelle's hashtag campaign never got off the ground.
