Lt Col Charlie Brown I saw that on the news. I'm sure glad I'm not a business owner in Buffalo. I wonder if they shot the looters as they entered the store if they would have been charged or could the owners claim trespassing and get away with it. I would be with the second thing; shoot them!

If I were a store owner there I'd shoot and claim I was in fear for my life.

I did see the Buffalo Mayor on TV condemning the looting and calling the individuals that did it during the storms, "the lowest of the low" who he "can't see how they stand living with themselves".

Of course, looting during warm weather* is ok - but you're scum if you do it during a winter storm!

When we saw that on the news, I told HH6 that I could understand if they needed food or something for their kids, but going after TV's and the such those people are lucky to be alive, and if caught should be sentenced to the fullest extent of the law. But seeing how that was in New York that means a slap on the wrist with a wet noodle.

There is more than enough of them to squad rush a gunman faster than than their rate of fire... You may shoot a few but they'll lynch you faster than your rate of fire
