Vox: Who are Spain's far-right party?

Never knew about them, thanks for sharing

Nothing in this video describes what terrible far right initiatives Vox is pushing, other than the perception of them pushing back on the unsustainable immigration policies to include a heavy Islamic influence, changing their country's identity. Spain once suffered a conquest by Islam once before (predating Franco), and what is happening now resonates with the Spanish people. Having lived there for 3 years and visited since, Spain is significantly changing and becoming unrecognizable in some cases.

It's easy to simply label everything as "far right," throw some pictures of Hitler and Franco (who resisted Hitler's offers to join the Axis powers) together, and conclude bad. But there is a lot of context that's missing here, with regards to Spanish history. For example, Germany was not a power to easily contend with at the time (especially for a country which just ended their own civil war). The fact that Franco was able to prevent Hitler from invading at all was pretty significant.
