Of course this gets off the hook right before an election. Yay, Biden's executive order lives again.

Should Biden buy votes the Republican way, through tax cuts and farm subsidies?

LTC Kevin B. Why? Because your premise is flawed. Tax cuts and subsidies are Constitutional. Biden's student loan forgiveness program was found to be unConstitutional by the US Supreme Court. Clearly you are okay with unConstitutional edicts from the president.
I have zero problems with tax cuts. It's obvious you do have problems with them, at least publicly. Please by all means pay all you want in taxes to the federal, state and loacal governments. However, I suspect you took the money from the previous tax cuts and used it or saved it and had zero issue doing so. And I'll bet it didn't change your vote one bit.

LTC Trent Klug - My taxes actually went up in the last round of "tax cuts". Aside from your false assumption on that point, I'm against tax cuts funded through debt, which is how the GOP pushes through their tax cuts (2001, 2003, 2017). Taking out a loan, and then paying out those loaned funds as a "tax cut", is nothing more than buying votes through a wealth transfer scheme. That's taking money from future taxpayers and giving it to current taxpayers.
And, the SCOTUS didn't say that student loan forgiveness is unconstitutional. They said the mechanism used was unconstitutional. Big difference. It wasn't the policy itself; it was the mechanism used to implement that policy. If the SCOTUS was against loan forgiveness, they would shoot down many other loan forgiveness programs, like the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program, the Paycheck Protection Program, the Small Business Association debt relief program, many foreign aid loans, USDA farm loans, etc. The federal government forgives debt all the time, to business owners, to foreign countries, to citizens impacted by natural disasters, to teachers, to people who work in NFP or government settings, etc. This is nothing new. The right-wing angst against students is directly tied to how that target audience tends to vote. All the other talking points are simply subterfuge.

LTC Kevin B. Funny, here's what the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators said on their website.

But hey, you keep going with your bad self. The Supreme Court acts an interpreter of the Constitution and laws. It also interprets the Constitutionality of executive orders. Biden's EO was struck down by the Court. Meaning it failed the Constitutionality test.

LTC Trent Klug - That's a process ruling. They didn't say debt relief was unconstitutional; they said the process used to grant debt relief was unconstitutional. But hey, if you can't seem to comprehend the difference, keep pushing your narrative.
