Remember Fagradalsfjall and the eruption of the volcanic field in Iceland March 2021? I missed some of the recent activity in that region when I was having an online access problem, so went hunting for an update.
At the start of the video we get an amazing in depth view of the actual large desolate field of volcanos in the south of Iceland - later in the middle of the video too. Fagradalsfjall is the volcano around which several different eruptions have been occurring from time to time for two years.
The woman, Ragga, does an delightful job of describing Iceland's unique geology and the fissure activity. If she is not a geologist perhaps she should been!
At the very end we can actually see one of the seismic event precursors - I had to watched the right-on-time rumbling, twice, to be sure I saw movement. ~13 minutes
