I just don't know why the Air Force doesn't buy more F-15 Echo x-ray models. It's ironic that our Allies like Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and others have the more advanced version. I still don't trust the 5th generation fighters.
In my opinion, they should both fly together because the F-35 does not dog fight very well.

There's $350 billion dollars in wasted money on fraudulent Golf Delta climate change mitigation has most of the money to China to buy Hardware made with electricity derived from coal that could have been used to buy more 4th generation fighter planes.

Not sure where you're hearing the AF won't be using the F-15EX. It's been delivered to Eglin for operational testing already and I don't see anywhere where the AF has decided to end the program. The current F-15 fleet needs to be replaced. Many of the wings are losing their structural integrity.

Thank you for the update but I have a real concern about an F-35 being able to dog fight against fifth generation Chinese or Russian jet fighters. Too bad we couldn't put the F-22 back in the production make it a super F-22

I wonder if the Saudi or Indonesian F-15 Sierra Alpha model could beat an F-35 in a dog fight with Pilots at the same skill level flying under daylight conditions when stealth will not work?
