Here is a JCS Report from about a year ago. All evidence seems to be the ISIS/Levant Caliphate has been defeated and cleanup of those that may want to reconstitute ISIS can be target by allies and our SpecOps teams. Thousands of troops at this point is merely providing targets for the remaining few members of ISIS.
