Yep so do I ... apparently this was triggered by a Russian sub launching three ICBMs in a test. I'm guessing that they didn't bother informing us before hand, and I'm also guessing their trajectory was such that they were thought to be a threat to Europe. Pretty dangerous gamesmanship ...
