Ukrainian AI attack drones may be killing without human oversight

Another ill-conceived article. Who launched these drones and who programmed them? If they were programmed to seek out patterns that represent targets, then, they have human oversight. If the drones do not need real-time authority, then that is a different story. It appears that these drones do not need real-time authority to destroy what already has been defined by the programmers. These drones require charging and deployment by some human control. Now, if they can do this autonomously, well that would be a story. Imagine, if you will, a drone capable of charging itself, programming itself, as to what are enemy targets, and deploying itself on its own missions.

Not exactly a good look, but Russia has been killing innocent civilians with human oversight.
