Thank you SSG Carlos. The city (council) embraces the opportunity to have such an event and no doubt realizes the potential gains for local businesses. The spillover effect might be, “HUGE” . I see no binding contract in the document. Nor any documentation of the city being reimbursed for past events. To complain after the fact is political fodder.
