Odd, but have you not heard of housekeepers, butlers, and etc. (all in service to the wealthy of course) living in the properties where they serve? The "Town Attorney" is making a legal point that it is legal for an employee to live on the property where he/she works. Of course, the employee must have permission from the employer/owner to do so.

LCDR (Join to see) Not an Uncommon Practice in Certain Parts of Johnson County where I Live here in Kansas but There are a Lot of Restrictions Too. I Might Take a Liking to this. It May Turn Out Contrary to the Current Residents Real Goal.
