Have you every heard of the - Close the Contractor Fraud Loophole Act?

I had not until I was having a converstion this morning via Zoom with a fellow retiree! After the call I looked into it a little closer.
Some interesting stuff. Still reviewing. Would be interested in knowing what the RP family might see or have gleaned, as interesting, as you read these materials over time. Also, what , if any, we as veterans or veteran family members should be advocating for regarding this issue.
