Well, passing the IOC would be a first step. The reality is almost none can so then what do they want to do, lower the standards of the IOC. I think 2 out of a few dozen have passed the course. With a fail rate that high, the notion is a failure. That will not stop the PC police from trying to lower the standards, the standards that men pass in high numbers every time.
