Today, March 6, 1857: SCOTUS Rules Blacks Cannot be US Citizens

Being that SCOTUS has been wrong so many times its a wonder that we allow a handful of people to define the law. Only lawyers could have created a system that eats its tail and have it deemed sound and reasonable. example - penalty for killing some one - death.

if they only interpret the constitution :) lol aren't we facing the same problem right now?? lol

Rules sometimes are made to broken...some would say. I like the thought that history is made to be rewritten! I'm glad we have come so far...and look forward to how far we have to go.
