CSM Charles Hayden I Never Said I Served on the Parche. Associating Me with Parche 77-79 would be "Problematic" I was Mother Hen to the "Special Project" Submarines. All Messages for them were Double Encrypted, Off-Line and On-Line. As an E-3 I became the Off-Line Encryption Operator for Them at CINCPACFLT. Kind of a Dark Arts thing. Not Many KL-47 Operators still around I Suspect. Having Said that. There is a Picture of Me with the Parche.
