Okay my friend SSG Robert Mark Odom this is a biased article as expected from usatoday.
1. It would be bizarre for the VA to cover fertility fro same sex couples since they can't reproduce without a third party.
2. Also providing fertility treatment to unmarried veterans does not make sense from a fiscal or authorization standpoint. VA coverage is limited to military service veterans and their immediate family i.e. spouse and minor children.

I am not sure but why would the VA have anything to do with fertility on anyone. They are there to treat Veterans with Service related issues.
