Many US corporations are reluctant to make strategic business decisions due to the uncertainty of the markets.

But the market is doing so great. The economy has never been so great. Sorry I’ve been watching too much Fox News and Trump tweets.

MAJ James Woods - Just imagine if there was less infusion of stock buy backs. You sound like a Trumpster. Great, never been better, never been higher, etc. I never disparaged the markets. I extolled the virtues of having more of a stable market.

MAJ Ken Landgren LMAO! I’ve never been accused of being a Trumpster before. Clearly you didn’t see the sarcasm and haven’t seen much of my criticism on RP before. Thanks for the laugh. But yes I was feigning like a Trumpster that watches a lot of Fox News. Cause those are the talking points they use to counter the reality that majority of of non stock, non 401k working Americans are struggling.

I know the farmers and ranchers here in the northern plains are certainly not happy about it. There are never any winners in trade wars.

PO1 William "Chip" Nagel - Yep. And when soybeans suffer, everything else suffers. My son-in-law said they are debating if they will even sell off steers this fall as they usually do. The price of feed is so high, feeder cattle won't bring much.

That’s pretty much across the midwest but some of them are diehard Republicans that have told pollsters and media panels they still never vote for a Democrat. They’re worst than the Monty Python Black Knight.

MAJ James Woods - I do see them in a quandary. A Republican is in charge, the economy is doing pretty well, and yet they are about bankrupt.
