When has there been a time where the climate was not always changing? Over 150 million years ago most of the planet was under water. Since then, several Ice ages, shifts and splitting of continental plates, the cooling and shrinking earth itself and volcanic activity. Then consider over 5 massive extinction's of plant and animal life, meteor impacts, massive earth movements, the movement of the magnetic North pole, the moon drifting away from planet earth and the earth continues to drift towards the sun. (According to various scientific publications) Believe what you wish. I'm still eating beef after he has farted, drinking a good wine and driving my SUV to help someone charge the battery in their ECO car.
What laws could be passed that could change or alter changes we have no control over or prevent what we are not aware of and has not yet occurred?
