This sounds stupid, but through covid, through the knee replacement, through the lockdowns, etc., my anchor was feeding the dogs twice a day and trying to get to the dog park five to seven times a week. Everything else built off of that. They didn't get to the park for 10 consecutive days after the knee replacement, but other than that I did pretty good.

Good morning, ma'am. With dogs, maybe even cats, they can easily get you trained to a routine and I think they learn to tell time. Mine know when it is time to get up, time to feed them, time to take them out, and when to rub bellies. Certainly can help put me on automatic.
