Eaten a few of the items. Some look interesting, some not so interesting, and maybe a few that I personally might avoid.

I have tried many of the foods on the list. A few I would agree with (Who thought Lutefisk was a good idea.... EVER?) But, by and large, the list is just wrong.

I love me some Ambrosia Salad... and the only time I have ever been to Alabama is driving through
Sonoran dogs are actually quite tasty. Not healthy... but tasty.
In-n-out ain't the best burger ever, but it ain't all that bad, either. Definitely better than McDonald's or BK.
Shredded Wheat is quite healthy and not all that bad
Spam Musubi is - again - not the greatest thing ever. But still pretty good.
Chicago Hot dogs, just like Sonoran Dogs, are pretty tasty.
And don't you go talking bad about the hard working pasty. Warms you up, fills you up, and nourishes. All while being agreeable to even the most sensitive of palates.
The Garbage Plate is very clearly drunk food - and it is GREAT drunk food. I don't see the list knocking on Taco Bell.
Cincinnati Chili is not my *preferred* chili, but it is still pretty good.
Have had Frito Pie on many occasions - on purpose.
And Chicken Fried steak is a GREAT way to turn a lower quality cut of meat into a delicious feast.
