This is the best subtitled movie I've ever seen. Set in Korea's "Wild West," Manchuria during the 1930s, two different gangs, some seedy nomads, the Japanese Army, and the hero all pursue a treasure in an hilarious rip off of The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

It's older, maybe 10 years. It's on You tube, sometimes on Netflix.
