Interesting perspective. The Fox, citizenry and Orthodox Church are to be commended and honored for their work in protecting the Jews of Bulgaria. The comparison to what was happening in Poland is somewhat skewed by a lot of different political, religious, economic, military, etc. factors that are not the same as in Bulgaria. The priorities, goals and the Nazi Jackboot were not applied equally to the neck of the two nations. None the less a wonderful testimony to the good will of man.
