Canadian version of Democrats aka Liberals shut down their remaining coal-fired powerplants and forcefed consumers to pay for wind farms that increased costs about 6%+ a year. Now that their rates are high and consumers are pissed, Liberals are finally stopping another billion or so in spending on overcapacity of windfarms and saying they are getting a rebate..yeah right!

I have a friend who works in the electrical power industry. He has been involved in solar installition at several military installations coordinating it with the power company. Electrical production from solar power is erratic, and most often at lowest levels in times of high demand such as major storms

A few places like the Banning Pass by Palm Springs in the California desert makes sense. Canada has oil but it's too radicalized and anti-coal as well as anti-nuclear. I am in Alberta and the electrical companies are backing out of agreements because of socialist premier/governor imposing silly carbon taxes. I expect rate spikes once the coal-fired power plants in Alberta are shut down as well.junk liberal science agenda!
