Suicide attacks 'kill 31' in Nigeria

Many Nigerians have legitimate grievances against those who are in power, especially the fishing and farming communities whose waters and lands have been polluted by drilling for oil. The stocks of fish are dwindling and the land is not arable. They see none of the oil revenues.
