The three-judge panel that ruled that the ban is unconstitutional got it right because it is consistent with Heller v DC. Hopefully, the en banc review will reach the same conclusion. If not, it's headed for SCOTUS.

I, personally, do not see a need for an exceptionally large magazines. HOWEVER, "The rights of the people shall not be infringed..." is pretty in freekin plain language.
