I have a hard time believing this article. Not saying I don't. It's just that President Biden hasn't shown any inclination to provide material support of any kind to help the Ukraine or risk a confrontation with Putin. Indeed, he seems incapable of any cogent decision making. Then again, the quote attributed to Musk saying, “I don’t think the US has given us any money to give terminals to the Ukraine," is confusing. If Musk were covering for a clandestine maneuver, wouldn't he state his case more affirmatively? Or, is this simply poor journalistic writing by the source of the story or by Yahoo News in curating the story? Just another example of why we sorely miss reputable, reliable journalism in this country...
