Somali Refugee Rapes Mother on Minnesota Bus Near Her Child Won't Be Deported

Odd that the headline says he is a somali reguge, while actually non of the articles in the local news source material say that. Even this article says his immigration status in unknown. Also odd is that in the source article the bus driver and other passenger said they didn't notice anything. But even if it is true, there is no indication that there is anything in this mans past that would have triggered him ot being allowed in the country. So this notion that he would have been caught by the new system versus the old system is complete conjecture. This headline is just an excuse to demonize all somalis and immigrants in general.

I wonder why the US didnt ban all immigrants from Italy based on the fact that some Italians were known to have commited crimes and by the way formed criminal gangs referred to as the mafia. Hmmm...maybe because back then they treated people as individuals and didn't keep 9999 innocent people out of the country in order to prevent 1 possible criminal from entering.

This is a great example of how screwed up our immigration system is. This guy should be held pending conviction and deportation.
