The only people Target has a responsibility to is the shareholders. Why they are shutting down stores is irrelevant as long as the management is doing their best to meet their fiduciary responsibilities.

All nine stores are in blue states and blue cities. Maybe it has something to do with piss poor leadership and their horrible policies regarding crime and safety. Seems the people in Portland say crime is bad and ignored as DA wont hold anyone accountable for their actions.
