If I may, first imagine if Shaq would have parroted the Dems talking points? He would be celebrated. He would get Honorary Degrees at Ivy League Schools, invited to the View and Late Night Shows, and maybe even given a book deal. But it's Cool Hand Luke time for Shaq and probably anyone else not shaken that Democrat ideology tree.

You are probably dead-on, Sir. I think he is probably OK with that. Even though some don't view him as a "real cop", I value HIS opinion over another athlete or talking head.

I believe the Israelis have armed guards at the entrance of schools.

They have a heavy armed presence. I'm unsure of why folks are so opposed to something similar to protect our most precious treasures in the US.
Is admitting that guns have a purpose the issue? I hope we can move past that and protect our kids sooner than later if that is the hang-up.

It is a complicated issue. Taking legal firearms from law abiding people while ignoring the lack of school security isn't going to make anything better. Just my thoughts.
