Second set of human remains found at Fort Bliss range, not believed to be those of missing...

Border crossers. I am surprised that a "Civilian" was allowed to be walking around USBP checkpoints on restricted military bases tho... I know both places. I've driven by there and through both checkpoints. 99 percent chance they are illegals who jumped from a vehicle before the checkpoint or were trying their luck walking around them.

Summertime hits over 105-110 in these areas, wintertime can get down into the -10's. In one day, I know the temperature can drop 60 degrees in 2- 3 hours... and that is the homeless killing day.

The honorable solution would be: If anyone in Mexico, or and South & Middle American Country has filed a missing persons report...get DNA from all the families.

Then, I wonder how much taxpayers money is going to get spent...to determine that. Working along the border for almost 3 decades... I'm gonna say with professional certainty, No one is going to spend 1,000 of hours and millions of dollars to take DNA samples from every missing or unaccounted person from South of the USA/Mexico border to Chile.

Take DNA. File it. Store it. If it ever matches any family down south... if the family ever gets a DNA sample done and if it matches sometime in the future... then worry about sending the remains home.

Just for Shits and Giggles tho... Take the military's technology and scan the area when the temperature goes below 80 on a hot ass day... with those ground images, look for depressed or disturbed areas. Twenty bucks say there is something buried close, within 100 yards to the bodies last locations. Could be a backpack of dope.

I remember this one time... $26,000.00 in cash was floating around a USBP checkpoint. About a mile before it... cardboard box got cut open by the Highway department while cutting weeds... Just sayin"...
